The organisers of The Flavours of Herefordshire Festival, Visit Herefordshire Ltd. is a company limited by guarantee. Registered in England and Wales no. 6468653. Registered office: The Discover Herefordshire Centre, 1 King Street, Hereford, HR4 9BW. The company is operated on a not-for-profit basis with the support of Herefordshire County Council, members and sponsors.

VAT and Prices

VAT registration number GB 112.560 945. VAT at the current rate (20%) is included in all prices shown on this website, except when we are quoting trade prices exclusive of VAT to exhibitors. In the event of a change in the VAT rate we may need to change our prices accordingly. In any event, we reserve the right to change our prices whenever we consider this necessary or desirable, without being obliged to give prior notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy and Data Protection

Visit Herefordshire will not pass your personal data to anyone else. If you purchase tickets or other items from us online we will keep confidential records of the transaction for such time as is necessary to comply with the law and accepted accounting procedures. We may from time to time send you information about the Flavours of Herefordshire Festival, Flavours of Herefordshire Awards, Herefordshire Walking Festival and/or any other events or activities in which we are involved, but only having asked for your prior consent. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list please write to us or send an email to reception@visitherefordshire.co.uk

Online Security

Any personal information (including your name and contact details) that we ask for on our website is necessary to enable us to fulfill the transaction that you have requested. The information will be stored securely on a computer system and/or in a manual system. Your personal information is only asked for from a web page or pages located on a secure server (the URL of the page starts with https:), and electronic communications to and from that secure server are encrypted to the highest available standard. Your credit or debit card details will not be seen or stored by us. They will be processed securely by our Payments Processor, Paypal, who are approved by Visa, MasterCard and all the major banks. The system is fully encrypted to industry standard 128 Bit SSL.

Information Security

PayPal is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. They use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, they enforce physical access controls to their buildings and files, and they authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

The security of your PayPal account also relies on your protection of your PayPal password. You may not share your PayPal password with anyone. PayPal representatives will never ask you for your password, so any email or other communication requesting your password should be treated as unauthorised and suspicious and forwarded to spoof@paypal.com.
